Training
Colin is an Auckland-based GP with a Special Interest in Mental Health with over 3 years experience in the area. He is very passionate about helping people understand themselves better given his own journey with ADHD.

He has completed 12 months of training under the supervision of psychiatrist David Codyre before he started undertaking ADHD assessments independently, along with other types of psychiatric assessments.

He has done further training in Understanding Autism Spectrum Disorder, Advanced ADHD Psychopharmacology, Adult Mental Health & CBT in Primary Care, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This includes ACT training specifically for ADHD, allowing him to offer a grounded, holistic approach that blends clinical medicine with practical psychological tools.

He also participates in a regular psychiatrist run peer group to review complex clinical cases.
